Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer, taking into account the following characteristics:

Currently, we only ship our orders to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (mainland).

  • Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than €80;
  • Balearic Islands: free shipping on purchases equal to or greater than €100;
  • For purchases of less than €80 or €100, respectively, the shipping cost will be as follows:

- Peninsular Spain: €5/shipment;

- Balearic Islands: €6/shipment;

- Mainland Portugal: €6/shipment.

Shipping times are as follows:

- Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): 1-2 business days;

- Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days.

  • For shipments to other countries and regions such as Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, please contact us so that we can provide an individual quote for logistics management based on weight, volume and number of packages required to ship your desired purchase. In any case, at ALDANA HOME we do not add any margin or profit to the shipping rate.
  • For shipments to areas with customs fees (such as Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) or outside the European Union, any possible customs fees, local taxes or other charges have not been included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs. These costs, if they occur, will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • The delivery period will be a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any difficulties with the delivery of the order, or if the selected items are not in stock, the price paid will be refunded, if applicable.

If you want to exchange your product for another model or size You have 30 days from delivery to make your first free exchange.

If you want to manage a change, you can do so through this contact link, indicating: name and surname, address and your order number as well as the new model and size you want instead.

Once the request is received, we will proceed to send you the new item through the courier agency and At the time of delivery, we will proceed to collect the one you wish to exchange. The change is made to the same delivery address. If you wish to change it, you must indicate this via email.

Due to the special characteristics of certain products, the following must be taken into account:

• All products to be exchanged or returned must retain the original labeling and be properly packaged.

• In the event of withdrawal, the customer will be liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In addition, products that are not returned in the same condition as they were delivered, or that have suffered any damage, will not be accepted.

In the case of special sales and discounted products, exchanges are not permitted.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 1 month of receiving it at the address you provided us through the website.

To do this, contact ALDANA HOME through this contact link, indicating: name and surname, address and your order number. We will reply to the email you provide us with the steps to follow.

ALDANA HOME will cover the costs of the first exchange or return in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.  In the event of exchanging the item for the second time or making a return after the first exchange, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In the event that the first shipment has been paid for, this will not be refunded as it is a service that has already been provided.

After receiving and verifying the product, the corresponding amount will be refunded, if applicable. The product must be sent with the original label, without it having been cut from the product. In the event that the product has defects caused by the customer, the company reserves the right not to refund the amount to the customer. The refund is made through the payment platform chosen at the time of payment (TPV or Paypal) and to the credit card or account from which the payment was made.

We will refund the corresponding amount, without undue delay and, in any case, before the expiration of 15 calendar days from the date on which we have been informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund will be made by the same means of payment with which it was paid. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first. Please, in case of any problem that may arise, contact always with us.

At the moment, we only serve the Spanish market (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portuguese (mainland Portugal), although we will keep you informed of any news related to the company's expansion.

Accepted payment methods: Purchases can be paid for with Visa®, Mastercard® credit cards as well as with 4B or 4B Maestro debit cards, Bizum System, ApplePay System and PayPal System.

In addition, you can also pay with deferred payment through Klarna, which offers the option of paying within 30 days (without interest or commissions) or in 3 equal installments: the first at the time of purchase confirmation, the second within 30 days and the third within 60 days (without interest or commissions).

If you would like to make any changes or modify your order, please contact us by email (info@aldanahome.com) as soon as possible after completing payment. Please note that orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being made.

Both special sales and sale items are non-returnable.

We offer a wide variety of towels in a range of 100% cotton terry weaves, from ultra-soft, untwisted yarns to more traditional double-ply yarns. Within the different varieties, we offer towels made from certified BetterCotton, organic cotton, bamboo cotton, Egyptian cotton, and recycled cotton, among others.

All these raw materials are detailed in the composition of each model, offering total transparency to our customers.

Our towels offer unique textures, patterns and colors, as well as embroidery details.

The grammage indicates the grams of raw material per square meter (gr/m2) and is the measurement used to calculate the density and weight of a fabric; the higher the grammage, the thicker and heavier the towel.

At ALDANA HOME, all our bath towels are made with a weight equal to or greater than 500 gr/m2.

Towels made with “0 twist” means that instead of twisting the yarn, the high-quality cotton fibres are held together with a special wrapping yarn, allowing them to be woven without breaking. The wrapping is removed after weaving, leaving the cotton fibre in its naturally soft and thick state, and the result is wonderfully plush, light and absorbent.

At ALDANA HOME we have several models with this type of "0 twist" torsion, the characteristic of which is indicated on each model in question.

Choosing the right towel for you depends on your preferences regarding towel design, weight, and texture. Do you prefer a very lightweight towel that dries quickly, or do you prefer a heavier but soft towel? You may prefer a towel with a piped edge, border, or other design that adds a touch of class.

On each product, you will find detailed information about the towel's weight, sizes and colours, and even an indicator of the level of absorption and softness.  Oh! And all our bath towels have a hook so you can hang them easily.

A standard bathroom usually contains small towels (30x50 cms), hand towels (50x100 cms) and bath towels (100x150 cms). These three towels would make a complete bathroom set.In some cases, the model also has a bath mat – here the size may vary but would be around 50x70 cm.

In addition to these sizes, there are face towels (or hand towels, to be placed on the dressing table or sink), which are usually sold in a pack of 3 or 5 units, and whose unit size is 30x30 cm.

All our bath towels have a ribbon that makes it easy for you to hang them, that is, small towels (30x50 cm), hand towels (50x100 cm) and bath towels (100x150 cm).

We recommend that towels be washed together, without other items, and always separated by colour. They can be machine washed but the maximum temperature should be 30ºC and, under no circumstances, should fabric softener or bleach be used. They can be dried in the dryer, as long as it is done at a low temperature, as well as ironed. Do not dry clean.

Natural fibres are affected by these chemicals and end up losing their softness and absorption properties. If you want them to last a long time, we advise you to follow the instructions on the product label.

For each towel model we show indicators that reflect the degree of absorption and softness of the towel, on a scale of 1 to 5. The higher the level on the scale, the greater the absorption or softness of the towel.

We offer a Three-year warranty period from delivery.

In turn, all our paper and cardboard is certified in FSC Recycled, which guarantees the care of the forests.

All our suppliers are certified in: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 which certifies that textiles do not contain harmful substances.

In addition, among other certifications, it is worth highlighting that they have the certification ISO-9001 in Quality; the GOTS - world leading standard for the processing of organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria; or the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) that establishes the criteria for external certification of recycled materials and the chain of custody.
