All orders are subject to product availability. 4.1 Home delivery:

• Standard Shipping: The customer must pay the shipping costs for purchases under €80 in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and Portugal (mainland).
• For shipments to other countries and regions such as Ceuta, Melilla or the Canary Islands, please contact us so that we can provide an individual quote for logistics management based on weight, volume and number of packages required to ship your desired purchase. If the transport provider has enabled the option to modify the delivery address on the same day on which it is scheduled, another notification will be sent reminding the details of the expected delivery.

4.2 Gift delivery:

It is possible to place an order and have it delivered directly as a gift to a third party. This option must be indicated during the purchase process in the space provided for this purpose. You can also enter a personalized dedication that will be delivered with the order. Important: the purchase receipt for a “gift” order does not specify the price of the products and can only be used for changes in size, fit and/or color. 4.3 Impossibility of delivery:

If delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will send an email and, in some cases, an attempt will be made to contact the recipient by telephone.

After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.If delivery cannot be completed, the order may either be made available to the customer at a collection point, after notification to the customer by the transport company, or the order may be returned to the warehouses of origin and the money refunded to the customer, i.e., it will be understood that the customer has withdrawn from the contract, considering it terminated.

Consequently, the payment made by the customer will be returned as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which the contract is considered terminated. 4.4 Order cancellation:

ALDANA & CASTILLO reserves the right to cancel any confirmed order, or not accept a confirmed order when any of the following circumstances apply:

• In the event of a technical error and/or typographical error of a manifest, evident and obstructive nature in the prices or in the rest of the product data contained on the website when the order was placed.

• Due to lack of availability of the product.

• When security systems indicate that the order may be fraudulent.

• When there are indications that the customer is a minor and/or is breaching any of the conditions included in these General Conditions of Purchase or in the corresponding promotions.

5.4. Returns of defective or flawed products
